The pH affects the absorption of nutrients and therefore, it is recommended to keep the pH of the solutions between 5.4 and 6.0 since it is in this range that the nutrients are best absorbed.

Lower flowering PH is used to lower the pH in nutrient solutions during the flowering phase of your plants.
