General conditions

Dutch green offers post-sale service for the return of product / s in case you are not satisfied with it / s. products receipts. The term to be able to make the return is 15 calendar days from the receipt of the product.

To proceed with said refund of the amount or exchange for another product that may interest you, you must formalize the management by email to; orders@dutch-green.es In the subject of the email you must indicate “Return” explaining a brief comment about the disagreement, you must also attach the document corresponding to the purchase made, our after sales department will contact you within 24 / 48h. indicating the instructions for the return procedure.

Acceptance of the return of product / s. must meet requirements and conditions such as; Its original container must be free from damage and inappropriate manipulations, modifications, installations or improper connections of the product / s. Also indicate that the product / s must maintain adequate packaging and protection for the return of the shipment. Once the product / s have been received. it will be inspected by staff to determine its validity of approval.

The return and economic payment is exempt, any product that does not comply with the express indications above. Returns of sealed products or equipment of goods will not be accepted (Vaporizers, fertilizers / fertilizers, Etc …)

The shipping costs for the corresponding return of the product / s. are at the customer’s expense.

Refund of amount: (Credit Card, Bank Transfer) The monetary payment will be made to the same customer maintaining the same payment method that was made in the purchase.

Amount refund: (Cash on delivery) It will be reimbursed through bank transfer providing the client with his bank account number or another method of reimbursement that is agreed by both parties.

The transfers of the payment of the amount will be issued by our accounting department within a period of 5 to 10 working days once the conformity and acceptance of the product / s inspection have been given. Inform you that once the said monetary payment has been made, the payment in your account may be delayed depending on your bank, which you must contact and manage with said entity.

However, the post-sale service offers to help you in another product of need or interest with the method of exchanging product / s. that may be of interest to you, for this, formalize the management to the aforementioned email indicating in the Subject “Return / Exchange”, our corresponding department will contact and find an optimal and beneficial solution for both parties.
