Elimina y disuelve los restos minerales que pueden dejar algunos productos, por lo que además dejará el sustrato libre de agentes nocivos. Este componente también es muy útil ya que reducirá el nivel de sales en el medio, dejando una EC más estable y equilibrada.
Su alta concentración (1:4000) hace que sea realmente económico.
Lo usaremos para la recuperación de sustratos utilizados repetidas veces, por lo que la inversión inicial se verá notablemente reducida si adquirimos Enzym+.
